Introduction

Florida Real Estate Connection of SWFL LLC., now in business since 2016, had its professional roots in 1994, when I first received my Florida real estate license. Subsequently, I have had the opportunity to work under the guidance of several successful and experienced real estate brokers who - each in their own way and strenght - tought me the in's and out's of this great profession, and I am truly greatful for all of their trust, skill, and professionalism they shared with me.

Since then, over 30 years have passed, and many things have changed. However, one thing that has always remained my and our primary concern in our real estate work:   Focus on our clients and their needs and situation, in ways that truly reflect their wishes, desires, goals, and possibilities.

Understanding YOU, our client is key to your and our success. That's why we do our best to learn about your needs, your wants, your short-term and long-term goals. Naturally we have established good working relationships and cooperate with experienced legal, tax and insurance professionals to assure proper set-up of holdings, corporations, liability and all fiscal matters.

Over time, with a growing client base and its diverse needs, we expanded into handling all property related responsibilities for apartment complexes, commercial properties and vacation rentals. This organic growth makes us an excellent professional resource for any property owner and all who want to make Southwest Florida their home or investment destination.

Since 1997 we have established three foundations to our business model and success:

- Real Estate Sales (working with buyers and sellers)

- Property Management (working for property owners)

- Annual and Seasonal Rentals of the managed properties.
